If a customer fails to comply with the official usage policies, rules, or terms of the respective software provider, CODESYNTH will not provide any warranty, replacement, refund, or compensation.

In cases where a subscription is terminated, suspended, or revoked by the official software company due to violations, misuse, or breach of their terms, CODESYNTH shall not be held liable for restoring, replacing, or extending the subscription.

CODESYNTH is not responsible for any issues arising from customer-side negligence, misuse, violations, or failure to follow proper usage guidelines.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are strongly advised to:

• Secure their email accounts with strong passwords and appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
• Carefully read and fully understand the official Terms & Conditions and Usage Policies of the respective software providers before and during use.
• Follow all rules, regulations, and acceptable use policies set by the software vendors to ensure uninterrupted service.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in suspension or cancellation of the subscription by the software provider, for which CODESYNTH shall bear no liability.
