Refunds & Replacement Policy

At CODESYNTH, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth and reliable subscription service experience. However, due to the nature of digital software subscriptions, certain refund and replacement conditions apply.


1. No Refund After Activation

Once a subscription key or license is successfully activated on the customer’s provided email account, no refund or cancellation will be issued under any circumstances.

Customers are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their email accounts. CODESYNTH will not issue refunds for any loss, suspension, or cancellation resulting from hacked, compromised, or misused email accounts.


2. Customer Misuse & Policy Violations

If a subscription is terminated, suspended, or revoked by the official software provider due to misuse, violation of rules, or failure to comply with their Terms & Conditions, CODESYNTH will not provide any refund or replacement.

Examples of violations include, but are not limited to:

  • Sharing account access with unauthorized users
  • Using the software for prohibited or illegal activities
  • Breaching license agreements or acceptable use policies of the software provider

3. Replacement Conditions

A replacement may only be provided if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The subscription key or license provided by CODESYNTH is invalid or non-functional at the time of delivery
  • The issue is reported and verified by our support team within 48 hours of purchase

Note: Replacement requests submitted after 48 hours from the time of purchase will not be accepted.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Incorrect product selection made by the customer
  • Incompatibility with the customer’s device or operating system (customers must verify system requirements before purchase)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Subscription canceled, suspended, or revoked by the official vendor due to customer-side violations

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are required to:

  • Read and understand the official Terms & Conditions of the respective software provider before purchase and during use
  • Secure their login credentials and email accounts to prevent unauthorized access

Any negligence, misuse, or violation by the customer will immediately void eligibility for replacement, support, or compensation.


6. Contact for Replacement Requests

If you believe you are eligible for a replacement (not a refund), please contact our support team within the specified timeframe and provide proof of purchase along with detailed information about the issue.
